Refund & Returns Policy

1) Return window
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2) Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

in the same condition that you received it,

unworn/unused, with tags attached,

in the original packaging,
-
accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items (exceptions): customized or personalized products; gift cards; perishable goods; downloadable/digital items; intimate or sanitary goods (if applicable). If an item is marked as non-returnable on the product page, that notice prevails.
3) How to start a return (RMA)
Email us at contact@retroracingf1.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions (RMA). Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4) Return shipping costs
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
You may use your own carrier or request a prepaid label (when available); in that case, the label cost will be deducted from your refund.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
5) Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right (replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate).
6) Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
7) EU 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must meet the eligibility conditions above (unused, with tags, original packaging) and include proof of purchase.
8) Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved.
If approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank/issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
